開膛手傑克(Jack, the Ripper), the most famous serial killer of all time. In the last few years of Queen Victoria's reign, life was still pretty dreary, then there Jack came in the picture, and women kept being mudered. Their bodies were always dump at some rivers or streets, naked like how they were born into this world, and with the greatest irony, pure as what they could never be after a life of selling body to the "gentlemen".
Jack's legendary performance even has being a main motive for those murderers who killed women in cold blood. They wanted to become like Jack, or to be more specific, to be "him".
I never so much as understanded this phenomenon, but anyway...here tonight, in my house, I was having dinner with my dad and the relatived when we watched TV news. One of the news was about a Jack-wanna-be in the United Kingdom. Oh my Great Britain, you have done this again.
The British police said that women (especially prostitutes) had better not walk around the street along after the sun goes down. Ha! I really laughed my ass off because of this warning. I mean, please Sir! Those are the ladies of evening!! They ARE SUPPOSED to walk at night street and maintain perfectly ALONG in order to make sure money will come their way.
What went wrong was not they had be along on the street at night, but you police officer's negligence of night watch shifts. Don't you get it?! By Lord, those bloody idiots, I can't believe they are serious about this worning.
I think whoever this Jack-wanna-be is, he probably is a Jekyll and Hyde-type character who may have been driven to commit murder just because his very own personal bloody problem had being bothering him. Yeah, what a loser is that anyway. Killing people because I am so hurt and sad and lonely...
Please, if so then you have to get a life, not take it, understood?
嬸嬸居然還說既然是妓女就難怪會遇到那種事，我當時又笑了出來。不管何時何地，女人對女人的審判總是既嚴厲又冷酷。就連叔叔都會說，不管怎樣不對的都是殺人的人，而嬸嬸又說，反正那個人又沒強暴那些妓女。
我有點不知道她的重點在哪裡。意思是說，只要沒強暴人家，就算殺了人也是盜亦有道？
台灣刑法今年七月修正了一條相當有爭議的法律。故意犯下性自主或風化等案件的受刑人，都得接受強制治療。且這個治療是絕對不定期刑，除非醫生能保證受刑人出來後絕對不會再犯同樣的罪，不然就不能放人。試想，有哪個醫生願意做出這種保證？
雖然這種嚴酷的法律，表面上可以看做是對婦女身體的最大保障，然而，這也是反面地在告訴我們，女人一旦失去貞操就是比被殺掉更嚴重的事。強制無限期的治療，不論從哪方面來看，都是比死刑或無期徒刑更離譜的懲罰，而那些受刑人卻不是因為奪人生命，而是由於他們奪人貞潔。
有很多受害人事後會說，寧願當時就這樣死掉，總比活下來更好。但是，這也只是個人的觀念和精神調適問題，並不代表每個受害婦女都覺得與其被強暴還不如去死。把危害性自主的犯罪看做比殺人還要重大的刑事案件，到底對這個社會思想是好事或壞事，我實在無法確定。唯一能肯定的是，這麼嚴重的處罰多少可以帶給未犯罪者一些警惕和威脅。
當然，前提是他們必須知道法律條文的內容。不然其實對什麼事物都不會有幫助吧。
士林之狼在今年十月底左右被放出來，他的手腕掛著追蹤器，假釋條件便是無論何種情況都不能把追蹤器拔下。這種方法能達到什麼成效，亦或是會造成何種反面影響，執行機關也還不知道。
